AgilePoint Developer is not creating AgilePoint Web Application completely
The information in this article applies to:
- IE 7 users with AgilePoint versions 3.2.0.4 (.NET 2.0), 4.0.0.0 (.NET 2.0), or 4.0.0.0 (.NET 3.0)

| SYMPTOMS |
| | When using AgilePoint Developer to create a new AgilePoint Web Application or to AgilePoint enable an existing Web Application, AgilePoint Developer fails to properly create all the necessary parts. |

| CAUSE |
| | This problem only occurs for IE 7 users with AgilePoint versions 3.2.0.4 (.NET 2.0), 4.0.0.0 (.NET 2.0), or 4.0.0.0 (.NET 3.0). |

Download the Developer.Hotfix.zip file attached to this article. Instructions for applying this fix are in the README.txt file.
Copy the default.htm file to:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Web\WebProjWizards\CSharp\AGILEPOINTWEBAPP\html\1033\default.htm
-and-
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Web\WebProjWizards\VB\AGILEPOINTWEBAPP\HTML\1033\default.htm
NOTE:
a) 1033 is for U.S. English, you may check LCID on your local machine.
b) Folder "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8" is the Visual Studio 2005 installation folder.
It may be different on your machine.
Copy Developer.dll to the AgilePoint Developer folder (C:\Program Files\Ascentn Corp\AgilePoint Developer).
IMPORTANT: If your AgilePoint Developer folder is not at C:\Program Files\Ascentn Corp\AgilePoint Developer, please change four "CodeBase" entries in the developer_fix.reg file with the correct file path.
Apply registry developer_fix.reg by right-clicking on the file and selecting Merge.
