Problem with Microsoft Office 2007/Vista when InfoPath client is used to submit data to SharePoint, the workflow is not being triggered

| | In a Microsoft Office 2007/Vista client environment, when using an InfoPath client to submit data to an AgilePoint-enabled SharePoint document library, the workflow process is not being triggered. |

| CAUSE |
| | Testing of Microsoft Office 2007/Vista client has shown that WebDAV behavior on Vista seems to be oddly different from other Windows Operating Systems. It was observed that data transferred over a WebDAV connection initiated by a Vista client, pushed the data to the server in several chunks, causing SharePoint to raise multiple events for one single action, causing an array of problems on the server side. |

| RESOLUTION |
| | A hotfix has been made available for AgilePoint v3.2.0.4 that corrects this problem. It can be downloaded from the AgilePoint Hotfix page. Please note that this fix should address the symptoms stated above, but the fix is compensating Vista’s behavior in limited fashion.
