Summary

Sometimes when using PointFire for SharePoint localization, the AgilePoint Process Viewer does not display in SharePoint. This article describes the fix for this issue.

Details

To correct this issue:

1. Open the web.config file for the web application where the issue is occuring.
2. In the web.config file in the AppSetting section, find the ExcludePaths configuratoion setting.
3. In the semicolon-separated list of values for the ExcludePaths setting, add ap. This excludes the ap folder in the path c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\web server extensions\12\template\layouts\ap.
