Description

A column displays on a SharePoint List Form, even though the column is set to Hidden in AgilePoint Envision.

Resolution

In SharePoint, verify the following:

• The context user has the privilege to access the AgilePoint Configuration list where the binding information for the SharePoint List with the List Form Process Definition is stored. This binding is used by the List Form Web Part when rendering the List view.
• The List Form Web Part is available in the subject SharePoint List. If it is not available, the default List view will be rendered showing all the fields. ListForm is delivered in AgilePoint 4.7 SP2. Please see the Release Notes for more information.
• The SharePoint metadata is updated in the process definition, and the updated process definition is checked in to the AgilePoint Server. If you change information, such as a column name, in the process definition, this could affect the display properties.
  
  In Envision, open the process definition with the SharePoint List Form, and click File > SharePoint > Retrieve Meta Data Schema. Save the process definition, and deploy it to the AgilePoint Server.
